At Vash Furniture, we aim to make furniture delivery straightforward and transparent. Because many of our pieces are available to order, availability and estimated delivery timing are confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

Order Confirmation & Availability

Many Vash Furniture products are available to order rather than held in local inventory.

Before your order is finalized, we will confirm:

  • Product availability
  • Selected wood and size
  • Estimated delivery timing
  • Any applicable delivery details

There is no deposit required to ask about availability.

Processing & Shipping

Once your order has been confirmed, products are prepared for shipment within 7 days of order confirmation.

Estimated transit time varies depending on the delivery destination and other logistics factors. We will provide the best available delivery estimate before your order is placed.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by transportation, weather, customs, production, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free Delivery Within Alberta

Vash Furniture provides FREE standard delivery within Alberta.

There is no additional standard delivery charge for eligible orders delivered to an Alberta address.

Delivery arrangements and timing will be confirmed with you before delivery.

White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery is included on orders over $1,000.

Where applicable, white-glove delivery may include bringing the furniture into your home and placing it in the requested room.

Access conditions such as stairs, narrow hallways, elevators, building restrictions, or other delivery challenges should be disclosed before delivery so we can plan appropriately.

Receiving Your Furniture

We recommend inspecting your furniture at the time of delivery whenever possible.

Delivery Delays

We work to provide realistic delivery estimates, but delays can occasionally occur.

If there is a significant change to the estimated delivery timing, we will contact you with updated information as soon as reasonably possible.
