At Vash Furniture, we want you to feel confident choosing furniture for your home. If your purchase is not right for you, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in good condition and free from damage caused after delivery.
- Please keep the original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at info@vashfurniture.ca or call 587-575-0633 before sending or transporting any item back.
Once your return is approved, Vash Furniture will cover the cost of the approved return shipping or pickup. Please do not arrange a return shipment independently unless we have confirmed it with you.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after the refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your furniture when it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help us assess shipping damage or manufacturing concerns.
Natural Wood Characteristics
Our furniture is made from real solid wood. Natural variations in grain, colour, tone, knots and other characteristics are part of the material and make every piece unique.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Wood may also gradually change in colour or tone over time as it is exposed to light and normal indoor conditions.
Exchanges
If you would like a different model, size or wood type, contact us and we will help determine the best available option. Depending on availability, an exchange may be processed as a return followed by a new order.
